How to print your UPS shipping lables

Your prepaid UPS shipping labels are available to print instantly when you complete your order.  You can also print your UPS shipping labels from a link that is embedded in your Order Confirmation Email.  You have up to 30 days to print or reprint your labels from your Order Confirmation Email.

Packaging your shipment

Most of our customers package their own items for shipping.  It is not necessary to send the original iPad or iPhone box for shipping.  We suggest wrapping your items in one layer of bubble wrap or similar and enclosing it in a small box padded with crumpled newspaper.  Please do not use especially large boxes for shipping small items such as iPads and iPhones.  You do not need to include your case, original box, smart cover, charger, or any other accessories with your shipment.

Please also complete and enclose your Packing Slip from your Order Confirmation Email with your shipment.  If your device has a password, please enclose the password or diable the password so that we can completely test your device before and after the repair.

After your item is securely packaged in a small box, just affix your UPS label, cover the entire UPS label with tape, and drop it at any UPS location.

Note:  As an alternative, you can also take your item to a UPS store and pay them a small fee to package the device for you.  Don't forget to take your pre-printed UPS label with you.  PLEASE REQUEST THAT UPS STORES DO NOT OVER PACKAGE YOUR BROKEN DEVICES.  ONE LAYER OF BUBBLE WRAP AND A SMALL BOX IS SUFFICIENT.

How it Works: We offer free shipping both directions for all repair orders of $100 and greater.  After you check out, you can immediately print your free shipping label.  (We also send you an Order Confirmation email where you can print or reprint your label for up to 30 days.)  You print, then affix the UPS label to your securely wrapped package and take it to any UPS Store or drop box location.  It’s that easy!  No Games.  No Gimmicks!

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping

Price: $20.00 and up (Depending on Distance)

How it Works: We offer UPS 2nd Day Air shipping BOTH DIRECTIONS as an upgrade during checkout. After you check out, you can immediately print your 2nd Day Air shipping label. (We also send you an Order Confirmation email where you can print or reprint your label for up to 30 days.) You print, then affix the label to your securely wrapped package and drop it at any UPS Store or drop box location. This low price covers UPS 2nd Day Air shipping both directions (to and from RepairZoom).

UPS Overnight Shipping

Price: $50.00 and up (Depending on distance)

How it Works: We offer UPS Overnight shipping as an additional upgrade during checkout. After you check out you can immediately print your UPS Overnight shipping label. (We also send you an Order Confirmation email where you you can print or reprint your label for up to 30 days.) You print, then affix the label to your securely wrapped package and drop it at any UPS Store or drop box location. It’s that easy! This low price covers overnight shipping both ways and is our fastest available shipping option. Total time away from you is just one day.

3-Way-Shipping Kit #1 (All UPS Ground)

Price: $45.00 and up (Depending on distance)

How it Works: We send you a padded box with the prepaid shipping label already attached. You just put your device in the pre-addressed box and send it to RepairZoom. It’s SO easy. All shipping to and from RepairZoom is pre-paid under this option. All shipping is UPS Ground Shipping.

3-Way-Shipping Kit #2 (Ground + UPS 2nd Day Air)

Price: $75.00 and up (Depending on distance)

How it Works: We send you a padded box via UPS Ground with the prepaid shipping label already attached. You just put your device in the box and send it to RepairZoom via UPS 2nd Day Air. The return service back to you is also UPS 2nd Day Air. This service is designed to minimize the time your device is away from you.

SHIPPING TO AND FROM HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO:  We will gladly accept orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puterto Rico.  To place an order from these desitinations, please select "No Shipping - I will ship myself" in the final step of your ordering process.  Please package and ship your device - then send to RepairZoom at your own expense.  We will return your repaired item to you using United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail.  Please also note that 3-Way Shipping is NOT available for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
