Shipping Policy

All "Free Shipping" items are shipped UPS ground. RepairZoom, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. In the unlikely event your package is lost during shipping, we will do everything possible to assist you with tracking down your device(s) with UPS and filing a lost item claim. Please ensure you always have your most current, and correct, shipping address associated with your order(s). RepairZoom also offers upgraded shipping for additional fees. Abandonment Policy

We make every attempt to return ALL devices, even non-repairable devices, to our customers. We urge all customers to maintain contact with RepairZoom regarding the status of their orders and devices. If you change address, phone number, or email during the repair process, please notify us immediately. RepairZoom, LLC will always make every reasonable attempt to contact our customers via e-mail, phone, or fax to avoid any unintended communication issues.

If you do not want an unrepairable device returned to you, please let us know and we will recycle it for you. If we do NOT hear from you, we will always keep your device safely stored for at least 90 days from our last contact attempt with you. If we are still unable to contact you, we will assume your iPhone, iPod, iPad or any other devices you have sent to us for repair has been permanently abandoned and we will properly dispose of your device at that time.

Backup Disclaimer

If your product is capable of storing software programs, applications, songs, video or picture files, you must protect its contents against loss or possible operational failures during repair work. Before you deliver your product for diagnosis or service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the contents, remove all personal information and data that you want to protect and disable any security passwords or include any passwords with your device. Keeping a regular backup of the information on your device is always a good idea.

Return Policy and Warranty

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied. RepairZoom guarantees all parts and labor for 6 months (180 days) from the date of your repair. If any part which we replaced becomes defective within this period, you may return your device to us and the defective parts will be replaced for free. If you experience any other unsatisfactory issues upon receiving your repaired iPod, iPad, or iPhone, please contact us by phone to discuss the issue and, if necessary, to arrange for a return to RepairZoom for further repair work. Reckless use or abuse of your device will terminate this warranty. Reckless use consists of exposure to extreme cold or heat, water damage, over charging through use of a docking station, impact damage, or any other situation above and beyond normal wear and tear. Through inspection, the technicians can determine whether the device has experienced damage outside of the repairs made by Any such damage will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty will be voided if the we detect excess tampering to the device.
