We make every attempt to return ALL devices, even non-repairable devices, to our customers. We urge all customers to maintain contact with RepairZoom regarding the status of their orders and devices. If you change address, phone number, or email during the repair process, please notify us immediately. RepairZoom, LLC will always make every reasonable attempt to contact our customers via e-mail, phone, or fax to avoid any unintended communication issues.
If you do not want an unrepairable device returned to you, please let us know and we will recycle it for you. If we do NOT hear from you, we will always keep your device safely stored for at least 90 days from our last contact attempt with you. If we are still unable to contact you, we will assume your iPhone, iPod, iPad or any other devices you have sent to us for repair has been permanently abandoned and we will properly dispose of your device at that time.
