We have created many repair services that fit over 90% of our customers needs. As an example, we offer many cracked screen repair services. In general, we highly recommend ordering the specific repair service that fits your situation. In the rare circumstance, where you don't know what's wrong with your device, order a diagnostic service or call our customer service team for advice.

Once we receive your item, one of our Certified technicians will repair or diagnose your device. This generally occurs within 24 hours of receiving your device. We generally return repaired devices the same day we repair them. If your order is a diagnostic service, we cannot repair your device without your consent. We make every attempt to contact you very quickly upon diagnosing your device.

If you choose to decline the repairs, we will be happy to ship the unit back to you. For most repairs, this is included in the price (unless otherwise noted on your product description). If you choose not to have the device returned to you, you have the option for us to dispose of your device in an eco-friendly manner for free.

Apple provides an excellent complimentary short term warranty for all of their products. However, accidental damage is typically not covered. Apple also offers upgraded warranties - all of which expire after a length of time. The primary reason your Apple warranty may become voided is due to expiration, water-damage, or deemed accidental damage such as dropping the device and breaking the screen. RepairZoom cannot be held responsible if your Apple warranty becomes voided due to any of these, or any other, reason.

Rarely. However, it's always a good idea to keep your devices backed up before a repair and regularly in case of loss, damage, or malfunction. We strongly recommend backing up your device (preferably to iTunes if possible) before and after the repair. If data-preservation is a primary reason for you seeking this repair, please call us to discuss your situation. RepairZoom can't be held responsible for data loss.
