Your privacy matters to us at RepairZoom, LLC

RepairZoom, LLC is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our customers.  In order to limit our liability, as well as to protect your privacy and shopping experience, we choose NOT to keep or store credit card numbers on our system.  We never have access to your encrypted credit card number.  We use the Magento ecommerce platform as our Internet shopping platform.  We use Authorize.net as a payment gateway for online credit card purchases.  We use Bank of America Merchant Services for credit card payment processing.  We use Verisign Authentication Services to provide an SSL (secure "https" encrypted) connection for all monetary transactions.

RepairZoom, LLC's compliance with Verisign and Authorize.net standards can always be tested by clicking on their logo's in our check-out page - which connect you directly with their sites to verify our compliance.  (This is a good idea for ANY Internet shopping that you do.).

We also offer PayPal as a check-out option, a payment method where you do not have to provide RepairZoom with your credit card information.  Your must already have, or set up, a PayPal account to use this convenient payment option.

We value your privacy and your business.  Therefore, we do not send you promotional material unless specifically requested.  In other words, you must "opt in" to receive our materials... you are not forced to "opt out".  We also do not sell or give your contact information to third parties, and we never will.
