Shipping Policy
All "Free Shipping" items are shipped UPS ground. RepairZoom, LLC cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you with tracking down your device(s). Please ensure you always have your most current, and correct, address associated with your order(s). RepairZoom also offers upgraded shipping for additional fees. Return Policy and Warranty
We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied. RepairZoom guarantees all parts and labor for 6 months (180 days) from the date of your repair. If any part which we replaced becomes defective within this period, you may return your device to us and the defective parts will be replaced for free. If you experience any other unsatisfactory issues upon receiving your repaired iPod, iPad, or iPhone, please contact us by phone to discuss the issue and, if necessary, to arrange for a return to RepairZoom for further repair work. Abandonment Policy
We make every attempt to return all devices, even non-repairable devices to their owners. We urge all customers to maintain contact with RepairZoom regarding the status of their orders and devices. RepairZoom, LLC will always make every reasonable attempt to contact our customers via e-mail, phone, or fax to avoid any unintended abandonment issues.
If you do not want an unrepairable device returned to you, please let us know and we will recycle it for you. If we do NOT hear from you, we will always keep your device on file for at least 30 days from your last contact with us. If we are still unable to contact you, we will assume your iPhone, iPod, iPad or any other devices you have sent to us for repair have been permanently abandoned and we will properly dispose of your device at that time.

Backup Disclaimer
If your product is capable of storing software programs, applications, songs, video or picture files, you must protect its contents against loss or possible operational failures during repair work. Before you deliver your product for diagnosis or service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the contents, remove all personal information and data that you want to protect and disable any security passwords or include any passwords with your device.
90 Day Warranty on all device parts and repairs
Your device is covered under our 90 Day Parts & Labor Warranty. If you have any issue with a repair within the first 90 days please contact us and we guarantee that we will correct the problem in a timely manner. This warranty is limited to the parts in the device that RepairZoom.com has repaired or replaced.
